This specialty can also be used as one of five Specialty certifications required for your Master Scuba Diver certification. Mermaids Dive Career Development Center now offers (as of January 2007) the Advanced Search and Recovery Diver Course. - Distinctive specialty course. For PADI Scuba Instructors: Mermaids Dive Career Development Center have witnessed that the scuba dive industry prefers to take diving instructors on for diver employment from the MSDT level and higher like the PADI Staff Instructor Rating. Although it is possible to achieve dive jobs directly from an IDC (Instructor Development Course), dive shop employers are more likely to offer a dive position to a professional diver that has more experience. The MSDT scuba diving rating displays that the dive instructor has good experience teaching scuba diving. The MSDT internship with PADI specialty diver courses can assist in your scuba dive career. |
